Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VMVTech (“VMVTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the AlliShare service at allishare.com (“AlliShare,” the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your email address and/or phone number, and any name or profile details you provide when you register or sign in.
  • Connected-platform credentials — encrypted access tokens, refresh tokens, and related authorization data for the social media accounts you connect, so we can publish and manage content on your behalf.
  • Content you submit — the posts, drafts, media, schedules, prompts, automation instructions, and other content you create, upload, or send through the Service, including content generated or transmitted by your scripts or AI agents.
  • Usage and technical data — analytics, activity logs, API request metadata, device and browser information, and IP addresses, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Billing information — subscription and payment details. Card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate you and secure your account;
  • publish, schedule, and manage your content on the platforms you connect;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and send transactional messages;
  • monitor for abuse, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud and security incidents;
  • provide support and respond to your requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Sub-processors and Disclosure

We share information with service providers (“sub-processors”) only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Social media platforms — to publish and manage the content you direct us to send on your behalf.
  • Stripe — for billing and payment processing.
  • Twilio and Resend — to send authentication codes, sign-in links, and account notifications by SMS and email.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for hosting, storage, and infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of VMVTech, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this Policy).

4. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Connected-platform credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials and API keys confidential.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use the information we collect only to provide and improve the Service as described in this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal-retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, export (portability), restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at support@allishare.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality such as staying signed in.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@allishare.com and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for international transfers.

11. Breach Handling

We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law and within the applicable timeframes.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Contact
